This weekend it was
reported that iTunes and an unknown
number of user accounts were hacked. As soon as I found out, I jumped into my perssonal account and changed my password.
Obviously, so should you.
If you do most of your iTunes management from your
iPhone, here are the steps to change your iPhone iTunes password with pictures.
Step 1. Click on iTunes icon on iPhone deck
Step 2. Scroll to bottom of store, and click on your account link
Step 3. Click the view account button
Step 4. Enter password if prompted
Step 5. Click on Apple ID under "edit account info" section
Step 6. Update password and verify password fields
That should do it. And as most network managers will tell you, changing your password every couple months probably
is a good thing, just in case someone or someTHING got a hold of it. I hope this helps you change your iPhone iTunes password
without having to stumble through it like I did.
