To promote his new movie
Look, director Adam Rifkin thought
a mass mailing via the
USPS would be a good idea. Unfortunately, the
movie is about privacy in a world where security cameras are watching our every
movie move.
It might also have to do with the fact the postcard has a picture of a guy and girl doing alittle more
then "looking" at one another. See image below.
In honor of this
marketing hilarity, I would like to suggest the following alternate captions in my first ever
caption contest! (Minus the contest, prizes, and user input...)
Here are my suggestions for alternate ad copy:
- Did they wrap the package with paper or plastic?...
- Who was shipping, and who was receiving?...
- Post Office Expresses Condom-nation over photo...
- Was a "bulk" rate discount involved or was he packing with peanuts?...
- Did she have to sign for the package?
- Was there a shipping "surge" charge involved?...
Suggestions by friends of iPhlogger
- what can brown do for you?
- so that's why all the teller's go in the back for 15-20 minutes at a time.
- now serving #69.
