Bones The Salt In The Wounds Song Name

There was a beautiful song playing at the end of an episode of Fox Broadcastings Bones the other evening. The episode name was "The Salt in the Wounds". As if often the case these days, I hear a song played in a tv show, in a commercial or in a movie and must have it.

In this case, the song is called Heartbeats by Jose Gonzales from the album Veneer.
