CNN reports that
Iraq is expecting a $70 billion dollar windfall in oil profits due to the surge in oil prices.
Someone explain to me why Congress just ok'd $47 Billion to re-construct Iraq off my money and yours?
I think Iraq can pay for it themselves. In fact, I think they OWE us since we removed Saddam.
