When did Americans become so fat? It's time for everyone to drop the Happy Meal and go for a walk.
I dont say this to be mean, it's just an observation. When standing in lines I've started
to people watch and I cant help but notice how fat everyone seems to be getting. Perhaps it is
because i'm getting older and you just happen to notice people your age. Sad. I dont hang out with
20 something's anymore. Man, i'm getting old!
But seriously...the people that tend to "stick out" in a crowd...are people who are in shape.
We spend millions of dollars a year on the next best
diet plan when all we really need to do is
get off our fat lazy butts and just go for a walk instead of watching the boob tube. Myself? I just need to go on the damn
Starbucks Diet.
I am substantially less Starbucks these days which is a good thing. (Of course they had to bring back those evil good
pumpkin spice latte's...argh)
