I have a pet peeve which has started to come to light over the last year or two and that is people that utilize
the phrase "you know what I mean?". I most often hear this said by people on talk radio, on television, on in some
movie. The result normally is me raising my voice and saying "No, I don't know what you mean. Try english and explain it
to me!!"
Seriously. If you find yourself asking this question to someone after explaining something, it seems to me even you
recognize the fact you did such a shitty job of explaining what you mean, that you have to ask the person if they even understood you.
