So we figured we had let the initial mad house of traffic to the latest pirates movie, At World's End, go by and thought about
going to see the movie this weekend. So, with just 30 minutes before a start time and a 20 minute or so drive to the theater we rushed
to the theater, bought our tickets...and found ourselves in the 3rd row of the theater.
The place was packed.
A Rainy day in Seattle. Oops...bad day to try and go to a movie. So with kids in between our seats
we craned our necks upwards to watch the latest installment.
Without giving anything away, of course, It was an "ok" movie. Like the 2nd in the series it just does not have the "magic" the
first one did but then again, I went in expecting this so that I would not be utterly disappointed. All in all, if you had to pay
full price for a ticket, I think it's worth it. Could they have done a better jobs with various things? Oh hell yeah...but then
again what movie doesn't have something we could complain about?
In the end, if you Rrrrrrrrrrr' looking for a good time, go see it.
